What to send us

• Ice machine parts: the model and serial number from the plate on the machine, plus the OEM number you found on it. A photo of the plate is the fastest route.
• CNC tooling: the full designation stamped on the cutter body, for example BAP400R-50-22-4T, or the code on the insert box, for example APKT1604PDER.
• If the code is worn off: a photo of the empty pocket with a ruler or caliper across it, plus the diameter of the mounting hole.
• Quantity: how many you need, and whether you want a box or a multi-pack.

Ordering, payment and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on every product page. Once we have confirmed the number against your machine, we send you a PayPal invoice or a payment link — you can pay with a credit or debit card, and you do not need a PayPal account. We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Flat rate shipping is $12, and orders over $150 ship free. Orders are usually packed within 2 to 4 business days.
