These terms apply to every order placed on shop.techfoor.com. By placing an order you accept them. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.
1. Who you are contracting with
TechFoor, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Contact: sales@techfoor.com.
2. Business use
The store is intended for business and professional buyers. You confirm that you have the training and equipment to use cutting tools safely.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the order confirmation, not when you place the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties and taxes. We may change prices at any time, but not after we have confirmed your order. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before shipping.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.
6. Compatibility and product data — please read this section
The reference pages on this site (insert screw and wrench sizes, cutter body and insert classes, part numbers and equivalents) are published in good faith from manufacturer designation data and current supplier listings. They are a guide, not a guarantee of fit.
You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your machine, tool holder or workpiece before you order. Bodies sold under the same series name come in several diameters, bores and pocket depths, and tolerance classes that share nominal size digits are not interchangeable. If you are not certain, send us the part number or the body designation and a photograph and we will confirm before you buy.
Where a page states that data is not published or not verified, we mean it — please do not treat a blank cell as a compatibility claim.
7. Shipping, title and risk
Shipping terms, handling times and destinations are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and clearance charges are your responsibility.
8. Returns
Returns are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost profit, damaged workpieces or tooling, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the products, including claims arising from using a part that was not compatible with your equipment.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including our reference tables, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it to decide what to buy. You may not republish it in bulk or resell it as a data set.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own country under mandatory consumer law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
